FAQ

FAQ'S

Q. Why are Heat Pumps better than other forms of heating?

A:Heat pumps are much cheaper to run giving up to 4 times more heat than you pay for, they can be used all year round for both heating and cooling. Heat pumps produce low density heat which is safe for children and the elderly, unlike fires or electric heaters. They are unmatched for convenience and ease to use (Remote Controlled). They don't pollute our atmosphere as with products for combustion and they use ozone friendly refrigerants.

Q. Is a heat pump difficult to install?

A: Not at all, the heat pump needs a solid concrete base or can be laid on paving slabs. The unit then needs an electrical supply and it is best to get a qualified electrician to install this. If it is all in one design, they only need to plug in the power supply.

Q. Does an Air Source Heat Pump make a lot of noise?

A:The Air Source Heat Pump will make some noise when they are operating, as a compressor and fan are in motion, however this noise can be far less than you may think. Because we use super quiet motor fans.

Q. I have seen the same air source heat pump cheaper on another website. Will you match the price?

A: Our prices are some of the cheapest on the internet and we always aim to provide highly competitive prices. However if you see the same product cheaper elsewhere, then please let us know and we will always try to match or beat any pricing you have seen.

Q. Will it damage my heat pump to put it outdoors?

A: No, all of our heat pumps are designed to go outdoors and are weatherproof.

Q: What is the package of the products?

A: Strong wood box plus carton box.

Q: Is OEM/ODM available for your company?

A: Yes, both are available for us!

Q: How long is your air source heat pump delivery time?

A: Generally it is 1-5 working days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 15-25 working days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

FAQ'S
Q. How many types of wine cooler/fridge are there?
A: Our wine coolers are divided into three major categories, including standard compressor series, fan cooling series and build-in series.

Q. What is the difference between a freestanding wine cooler and a built-in wine cooler/fridge?
A: A freestanding wine cooler is designed to stand alone while a built-in wine cooler (also called a zero clearance or under-counter wine cooler) is designed to be built into existing counters and cabinetry as they include a front vent located under the door that channels heat forward away from the unit.

Q. Which is the type of wine cooler is right for you, thermoelectric or compressor?
If you keep two cases or less on hand, the room where the cooler will be kept doesn't get too warm, and you want a freestanding wine cooler, then a thermoelectric wine cooler is probably a good choice for you. For warmer rooms and larger collections, you'll be better served by a compressor-based cooler. Also, most built-in models feature a compressor.

Q. Is a wine cooler/fridge difficult to install?
A: Not at all, just carefully fit your wine refrigerator into space and fit its mounting plates into the provided slots. Plug in the extension cord on both ends. Give the unit a few minutes to start the cooling process, and then check the temperature gauge. You want to make sure these are the settings on your new wine fridge. If your unit comes with feet on the bottom, make sure these are evenly attached so that your new wine fridge sits completely level on the floor.

Q. What's the best way to clean the wine cooler?
  • Unplug your cooler. Remove all items from it (wine bottles, shelves, etc.)
  • Clean the inside surfaces with a mild cleaner. We suggest you use either warm water alone, or a baking soda solution (try mixing 2 tablespoons of baking soda into a quart of water.)
  • Clean the wire shelves/trays (if you have them) with a mild detergent solution.
  • Clean the wooden shelves/trays (if you have them) with a soft cloth and wood cleaner.
  • Wash the outside of the cooler with a mild detergent solution.
  • Dry any wet parts with a soft cloth.

Q. What is the best way to store white and red wines in the same cooler?
A:  Typically, white wines should be stored in the temperature range of 46°F to 56°F and red wines will be stored between 58°F to 68°F. The best way to accommodate both wines within the same unit is to purchase a dual zone wine cooler.
